A fantastic event for the whole family to enjoy. Stalls, games and entertainment in the beautiful setting of the Abbey grounds.

The Mayor of Abingdon, Cllr Patrick Lonergan, will officially open the Fun in the Park at 2.00 pm.

As well as stalls there are the following events: 

1.50 pm           Music from Abbey Brass Training Band (Arena)

 

2.15 pm           Scottish Dancing by Abingdon Scottish Country Dance Society (Arena)

 

2.30 pm           Musical entertainment by Abingdon

                        Churches Instrumental Group (Stage)

 

2.45 pm           Abingdon’s Got Talent Winners (Stage)

                        Under 11s      Jay Boender - Harpist

                        12-18            Edmund Quigley - Magician       

                        Over 18         Paul Burkett - Singer     

                        Runners up    Belly Dancing?

 

3.05 pm           Fijian War Dance – Army, Dalton Barracks

 

3.20 pm           Music by Abbey Brass Training Band (Arena)

 

3.45 pm           Scottish Highland Dancing (Sword Dancing) (Stage)

 

4.00 pm           Ceroc Dance Demonstration & Choreographed Dance Duo by Ceroc, Oxford (Stage)

 

4.15 pm           Musical entertainment by Abingdon Churches Instrumental Group (Stage)

 

4.30 pm           Adults against Children Tug-O-War organised by Abingdon Lions Club (Arena)
